Returns

You can request a return within 30 days after your order arrives.

How to start a return

1. Within 30 days of delivery, email jay@codeseren.com or use our contact form (topic: My order). Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Once your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.
3. Send the item back in the same condition you received it, unused, in its original packaging, with your receipt or proof of purchase. We recommend a trackable shipping service.
4. We'll let you know once we've received and inspected your return. If it's approved, your refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. If your item arrived defective, damaged or isn't what you ordered, we cover the return shipping. Please contact us right away with a photo.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
